Build-a-Bag Collection

The Build-a-Bag Collection includes a set of embroidery designs that together make a stunning and sophisticated fully lined handbag. The handbag is created by first embroidering the various units in-the-hoop and completed on the sewing machine by adding the handles and joining the embroidered units to form the handbag.  It is amazingly simple to construct, and the finished handbag is not only stunning, but with its stylish and angled shape, it’s a knockout accessory you’ll be proud to wear or give as a gift.

The handbag embroidery units include a three-panel handbag front and back, the end units, the bottom units, and the zipper unit. * The handles are stitched using the sewing machine and can be customized to any desired length. Also included is an optional in-the-hoop outer pocket.

*Participants using an 8” x 12” hoop will construct the zipper unit on the sewing machine due to hoop constraints.
