DESIGN OWNERSHIP:

• All designs are copyrighted and owned exclusively by ‘We Love 2 Stitch, LLC.’
• The products or any portion of the products may not be copied, resold, shared, or reproduced in any way.
• The products may be used to create a project for your personal use or in a project created as a gift for family/friends. You may also sell the projects created with the products with prior written consent from “We Love 2 Stitch, LLC.’

ALL SALES FINAL:

• All digital purchases are final.
• All embroidery products clearly indicate the Minimum Hoop Size. Review the minimum hoop size prior to purchase as all purchases are final.
• The embroidery designs are provided in the following formats: DST, PES, EXP, VIP, VP3, HUS and JEF. If your embroidery machine requires another language, please contact us at welove2stitch@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing.  We will make every effort to accommodate the request, however, there is not a guarantee that the specific machine format will be available.

STITCHING THE DESIGNS:

• All embroidery designs are tested prior to release. The products are test-sewn to verify the quality and accuracy of the product. Embroidery is a process and requires a combination of a well digitized embroidery, the correct stabilizer, the fabric, hooping, a well-maintained machine, and the list goes on! If you are experiencing a stitching issue, please contact us at: welove2stitch@gmail.comand we will do our best to assist you.
• All projects should be test sewn first.

• The products purchased from We Love 2 Stitch, LLC, may not be altered in any way; If using embroidery software, please DO NOT open our designs in embroidery software. Our designs should be downloaded directly to your computer and then copied to a USB or sent directly to your embroidery machine.  We are unable to assist you if you are experiencing an issue after opening our designs in embroidery software.
