Frequently Asked Questions

When you make a purchase on our website, immediately after payment, you will see a DOWNLOAD button on the left side of the page.  

Step One:  Click on the Download Button.  Our website will download a "zipped" file, which is a compressed file containing all of the embroidery designs by machine language, and the instruction/pattern documents. 

Step Two:  After the file has downloaded, open your Windows File Exporerer and navigate to the Download Folder on your computer.  (Zipped files are normally saved to your computer's DOWNLOAD folder, but if your computer is set up differently, proceed to the folder that contains your downloads.) 

Step Three:  Unzip the File.  To unzip the file:  Right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions on the screen. When un-zipping, you will be prompted to indictate where you would like the un-zipped files to be saved.  We suggest you leave them in your DOWNLOAD folder while unzipping and then later move to them to the appropriate folder. 

Important Note: Zipped Folders can not be read by your Embroidery Machine, so you MUST unzip the file before it can be used.  

Also important to note is that you do not need any special software to un-zip a file.  This feature is built-into the operating software (PC and MAC) so don't be fooled by the ads for un-zipping software!

Step Four: Copy the desired folders (e.g. - PES design files) to your USB to use in your machine.  You are now ready to stitch.

We also recommend one more step:

Step Five:  Copy the entire design folder, including all machine language folders and the instructions to your PC's embroidery storage files. Please DO NOT store your embroidery designs on USB Sticks!  USB sticks are temporary storage devices.  They are not intended for longterm storage.  They can (and do) fail, and are frankly way too hard to organize and keep straight if you have thousands of designs.

Instead, create a folder on your Desktop and organize your designs in a way that works for you.  We  organize our designs by catagory and by digitizer.  For Example:

• We Love 2 Stitch Embroidery Designs
  • Build-A-Block - Circles
  • Build-A-Block - HST
  • Home for the Holidays
• Holiday Designs
  • Thanksgiving
  • Easter
  • Christmas

You get the idea!  One more tip: Make sure you backup your embroidery designs from time to time!

The view your purchases, log into your account on the Home Page.  

To view and download your purchaces, Click on the MY DOWNLOADS Icon in the MY DASHBOARD MENU to the left.  

Although we would love to provide a phone number to contact us, it's just not practical.  Instead, we are very responsive to your emails, and also monitor our Facebook site on a daily basis.  Either send us an email, or comment in our Facebook Page and we'll get back to you promptly.
